The hotel is situated near the central park and street. The hotel corresponds its price. If you need some place to sleep, take a shower and discover Trabzon it's quite a good option.

The AC malfunction with loud noises was unacceptable and a safety risk, preventing me from sleeping, so I was moved to a smaller room the next day without any apology, claiming no other rooms were available and its not true. The breakfast was not an open buffet as advertised but a restricted portion where tea even ran out. I will definitely not do business with you again

Very recommended budget hotel. The hotel is located in the city center area, the staff is very nice and helpful, the heater and hot shower is working well, very clean and no bad smell. Would probably book here again if I visit Trabzon
